Some loves come into our lives,

Then quickly go.

Others stay a while,

Leaving footprints in our hearts,

And we are never the same.

He truly was a gift from God, even if only for a little while.

I love my child still and not a day goes by that I don't think about him.

Maybe one day, he'll come back to me.
