To Krista and Todd,
I know you guys must be up in seventh heaven at the moment, but I just
wanted to send a quick note to say congratulations on the birth of you son,
Cooper! You must be so proud right now!!
Krista,
I hope the labour treated you well, and that it wasn't too sore!! Either
way, I am sure the pain will be soon forgotten! Enjoy holding that precious
little miracle in your arms!! :)
Todd,
After all, your part in this was bigger than many realise, and I'm sure the
last few hours have left you pretty much as tired as Krista (without the
pain, off course!!) so, to you I say well done!! Enjoy your son from head to
toe, and I'm sure you will be his hero throughout his life.
Take care, God bless, and give that gorgeous baby a kiss from me!!

Krista,
So glad to hear things are going good for you, Todd and Cooper! Isn't it wonderful being a mom, it is my favorite job (it doesn't pay money wise, but the benefits are so far more rewarding)!
I know you are busy w/the new little guy and probably answering tons of phone calls and emails so I won't keep you, just glad to hear all went well and the arrival has finally come.
Take care of yourself and hope you are back to 100% very soon!
Kel
Hello Krista!!! (or should I say mom???!!!)
Congratulations on the birth of your son!!!!!!! He is adorable and I know
that you and Todd are so proud. We have been praying for you and I am glad
to see that all went well.
I know that I have said this a billion times (make that a billion and one
times), but I want to thank you for the website that you created. When I had
my ectopic last year, it and you were such a source of comfort to me. Now
with the current updates, I still feel comforted in knowing that you had a
healthy baby and had the same concerns about pregnancy that I have now.
Our little miracle isn't due until December and the wait has been
excrutiating so far. I am so excited yet so anxious, there are days that I
can hardly stand my emotions. How did you do it? I know that once I go back
to teaching in the fall, that will take my mind off of it for awhile, but
wow. Nine months has never seemed so long before!
Anyhow, I just wanted to congratulate you both and let you know that we
will still pray for all of you.
Congratulations,
Tracy and Tad Zmorowski
Krista and Todd,
I'm so happy for both of you. Congratulations!!!!!!!!! You both have waited for this moment for a long time. Enjoy every minute of it. I can't wait to hear more about Cooper.
Andrea
Dear Krista,
So happy to hear your wonderful news and the whole story of Cooper's arrival. You really are a very good writer! It was quite entertaining and joyous!
I am so sorry it has been so long since I have written. It is hard. Beta was neg again. I am researching donor egg now. RE is on vaca and f/u appt is not until August 21.
In the meantime, life has turned upside down. Mom is now in Rehab after her heart attack and stroke. She is weak and unable to walk because of the stroke and her coordination is quite impaired. Even her mental state is changed. She was and is brilliant, but it's different now. She is kind of childlike and she can't do anything for herself. I am in shock, exhausted physically and emotionally. I haven't really even been working and I dread trying to get back to it. I hate to leave her alone...ever.
Sorry to be down. This is more than I have ever had to handle and I am not as strong as I usually am. I appreciate your concern and friendship and can't wait to see pictures of Cooper! Congratulations again!
Love,
Elizabeth
CONGRATULATIONS!
And my apologies for taking so long to respond to your
most joyous of emails!
I, too, had a serious problem with anemia after Emily was
born. Keep taking those iron pills for a long time, and expect
to be really tired for several months. Good luck!
My pregnancy is still going well. I haven't emailed anything cuz
we've been so busy -- travelling all over the place visiting family.
It's been crazy. We finally got home, then my mom came to stay
for a week and this weekend we are signing the contract to have
a new house built. Crazy. I'm really looking forward to being able
to rest, relax, and enjoy having Emily all to myself (or should I say,
she having ME all to HERSELF!) just the two of us for these last 8 weeks.
(Well, not to leave Jim out of the picture there, but I'm thinking of
how I'll spend my weekdays while he's at work. Just the 3 of us on
weekends, of course!)
Enjoy that precious baby boy. They grow SO SO fast! I can hardly
wait to meet my little son.
God bless all three of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
